About The Position

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to drive strategic decision-making. This role focuses heavily on performance measurement, reporting, and insights across all digital marketing channels to optimize ROI and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or performance analysis
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and ad platforms
  • Experience with dashboards, data visualization, and reporting tools
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SEO, digital advertising, and attribution modeling preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data from SEO, paid advertising, email campaigns, website analytics, CRM platforms, and sales channels.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring performance reports
  • Track and evaluate KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, CTR, engagement, and ROI
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to marketing leadership
  • Support forecasting, goal setting, and campaign evaluation
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Manager, and Development teams to optimize campaigns and website marketing performance.
