Marketing Analyst - Field Marketing
About The Position
The Marketing Analyst - Field Marketing is responsible for supporting the development and execution of field marketing plans and activities for the Republic Services marketing team. Working closely with senior marketing leaders, the position is a project-driven role that focuses on managing incoming print, digital and broadcast marketing and advertising requests from field leaders; coordinating field market-specific marketing campaigns; and supporting special projects such as field-driven conferences and trade shows and field customer events, all to drive customer acquisition and retention. The Marketing Analyst - Field Marketing also works costly with the operations Area leadership teams to execute customer growth and retention strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of business marketing experience.
- Experience working with ad agencies, working in account or project management or planning.
- Business to business marketing experience.
- Experience managing creative projects and marketing campaigns.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail for precise analysis of data
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute field marketing and advertising materials. This position will serve as the hub for field print and digital marketing project development.
- Coordinate the execution and measurement of tactical field marketing plans, including acquisition customer communications, leveraging external vendors and resources and internal functional teams and workstreams to deliver results.
- Liaise with creative teams develop branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising content.
- Develop and maintain a playbook of field marketing campaign best practices.
- Provide support with special projects such as field-driven conferences and trade shows and field customer events.
- Conduct market research, when needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
