What you’ll achieve: This two-year program offers: Four, 6-month rotations which allow you to engage in meaningful project work, build a strong foundation of marketing knowledge and gain exposure to different areas of a complex, cutting-edge marketing organization Rotational opportunities will range from positions in global event marketing, global communications, social media, digital marketing, brand and creative, advertising, field, partner marketing and more MDP also provides substantial skill development, presentations, conferences and mentoring as well as extensive networking opportunities to provide participants with the skills needed for a long Dell Marketing career Upon completion of the program, participants are integrated into the business with a greater understanding of Dell Technologies, the technology industry, and experience within a large marketing organization You will: This unique program provides you with the support you need to forge a successful career in marketing at DELL. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, Digital Media, or other related disciplines
  • Prior internship or co-op experience (preferred)
  • Involvement in extra-curricular activities/community service/employment outside of classroom work
  • Graduation Date: Must graduate before August 2026, but no more than one year prior
