About The Position

As the Marketing Analyst in Fetch’s Go-to-Market team, you will be responsible for analyzing the marketing and merchandising experience of millions of users in the Fetch app. Collaborating with our merchandising, marketing, and product teams, you will use data to measure the efficacy of Fetch’s marketing efforts, provide data and insights on user experience and retention, build and understand segments of users, and inform ongoing optimizations to the Fetch app experience. This is a unique role that will help shape the experience of millions of users, and drive growth across the company through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • College degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant experience
  • 2+ years experience in a Marketing Technology or ad operations role
  • Ability to analyze complex data and draw conclusions
  • Understanding of an Object Oriented Programming language - preferably Python
  • Expert in SQL
  • Expert at Microsoft Excel or Google sheets
  • Incredible eye for detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, high agency, and a self-starter

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the ads industry and/or user experience analysis
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing market conditions
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute SQL and backend queries to support dashboards and data insights
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of growth marketing pillars and key performance indicators
  • Manage and improve internal reporting processes by analyzing data structures, building dashboards, and ensuring accuracy
  • Leverage tools like Hex, Snowflake, Tableau, Grafana, Eppo, and Google Sheets to support reporting, data analysis, and team initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for marketing and ad-ops and propose actionable solutions
  • Build custom segments in SQL to support marketing’s personalization initiatives
  • Collaborate with teams to fulfill ad-hoc data requests and optimize reporting workflows
  • Enhance existing reports and dashboards to align with business goals and evolving needs.
  • Run and track experiments, analyzing results, and recommending next steps based on experiment data
