About The Position

We are looking for a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as Content Marketing , thru all mediums including social media , video clips posted to social , email newsletters and traditional print , and electronic advertising . We are marketing to Broward County's small businesses .This role will involve both marketing and customer service responsibilities, requiring a keen understanding of both areas to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing and/ roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite , light HTML ,AI ,Video
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Video and digital content and production competencies are mandatory as well as excellent writing skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CRM software a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers
• Create engaging content both graphics , video, digital and written , for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates
• Assist with the organization and execution of marketing events and promotions
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experiences
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements to products or services
