Job Description The Content Production Manager is a pivotal member of the marketing team, responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end content creation workflow processes. This role ensures the seamless execution of the editorial calendar, oversees content workflows, and upholds quality, brand consistency, and compliance across all deliverables. This individual manages intake, workflow, and calendar processes, supporting the NA Marketing content teams for North America.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing operations, content management, or editorial workflow coordination.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and manage internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality and brand integrity.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), editorial calendars, and workflow tools.
  • Preferred understanding of content governance and working in a highly regulated industry.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Editorial Calendar Management: Maintain and execute the editorial calendar, ensuring all content initiatives align with strategic marketing priorities and deadlines.
  • Content Workflow Oversight: Manage content creation workflows from intake to approvals and execution, coordinating cross-functional reviews with stakeholders, SMEs, and compliance teams.
  • Quality and Brand Control: Uphold rigorous quality standards and brand guidelines across all content, providing final review and approval to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Content Governance and Compliance: Govern all content for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to legal and industry standards.
  • Workflow Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize content review, approval, and distribution processes to maximize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
  • Traffic Coordination: Act as the central coordinator for content intake, workflow tracking, compliance reviews, and calendar management, ensuring transparency and accountability at every stage.
