About The Position
Recruit Secure is collaborating with an established, very stable Healthcare company that owns a large, beautiful Skilled Nursing Home in the Queens/Nassau County area, seeking an experienced, dynamic Marketer to join their team. The Nursing Home holds an excellent reputation for quality care and patient engagement. The Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and identifying resources to meet the census goals of a Skilled Nursing Home (about 250++ beds) located in the Valley Stream, NY area. The successful candidate will develop strategic marketing plans to build relationships with hospitals, external businesses, outside vendors, and community organizations, etc., to generate admissions at the facility and enhance the company's brand. Requirements
- Prior Marketing experience for Skilled Nursing Facilities - a must
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid insurance systems
- Knowledge of Healthcare and Hospital systems, especially in the Queens, Brooklyn, and Nassau County areas.
Responsibilities
- Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, and discharge planners to maintain and develop referral relationships.
- Work with the Admissions department to meet short-term and long-range census goals.
- Create, manage and monitor new business development plans
- Communicate with SNF Administrators to be abreast of policies affecting Admissions and finances.
