About The Position
A Skilled Nursing Facility in North Miami is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) with proven SNF leadership experience and strong regulatory command. Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility is required. This role is regulatory-heavy and revenue-impacting. The facility is seeking a proven SNF Administrator who understands survey performance, reimbursement structure, and operational accountability. Requirements
- Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Proven success managing AHCA survey process and regulatory compliance
- Strong understanding of CMS reimbursement and quality measures
- Demonstrated experience overseeing staffing, labor management, and census performance
- Full operational accountability experience (P&L exposure preferred)
- Assisted Living–only experience will not be considered.
