Our Market Sales Managers are Dawn’s business development champions who remain focused on engaging, motivating, and enabling their Team Members to deliver sales results. Dawn Market Sales Managers (MSMs) are primarily responsible for the performance and development of their team of Market Sales Representatives (MSRs). This includes directing, enabling, and coaching their sales representatives to achieve desired results within their regional commercial plans. MSMs lead strategic planning, including the development and execution of an annual market commercial plan, effectively managing and allocating resources to support profitable growth initiatives and possessing a strong business acumen by demonstrating the ability to understand and react to business situations in a manner that drives a positive outcome. Work Environment & Travel Requirements: This is a remote role based in Minneapolis, MN, or Kansas City, MO/KS, with regular field travel, including occasional overnights, up to 30% of the time. Candidates must reside in Minneapolis, Kansas City, or nearby areas, as relocation assistance is not provided for this position. Territory: The Market Sales Manager will oversee and support the sales operations of Market Sales Representatives across the Minneapolis and Kansas City markets.
