Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls from homeowners, qualify leads, and schedule roof inspections
  • Promptly respond to emails, texts, and social media messages
  • Follow up with leads, encourage them to schedule services, and keep your conversion rate high
  • Accurately enter data into our CRM and maintain organized customer files
  • Closely track appointments, follow-ups, and lead progression
  • Create and post content to various social media platforms
  • Assist with general marketing and client engagement initiatives
