Responsibilities

Answer phone calls from homeowners, qualify leads, and schedule roof inspections

Accurately enter data into our CRM and maintain organized customer files
Closely track appointments, follow-ups, and lead progression
Create and post content to various social media platforms
Assist with general marketing and client engagement initiatives
