About The Position

CoreLife is seeking a strategic and results-driven Market President to lead and support our Maryland Market. As a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, the Market President will oversee all aspects of business performance, clinic operations, strategic growth, and health system partnership integration within Maryland. This role demands a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, healthcare experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare
  • Proven experience managing multi-site operations with full P&L accountability
  • Strong critical thinking and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
  • Ability to lead through influence and collaboration across diverse teams
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • High level of integrity and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • P&L Accountability & Market Performance Full ownership of P&L across all clinics in the Maryland market.
  • Drive revenue growth, optimize margins, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure clinical and operational standards are consistently met.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with CoreLife leadership and hospital partners.
  • Operational Excellence & Team Leadership Manage and mentor Regional Directors, Managers, and Office Managers.
  • Promote a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.
  • Standardize and optimize operational workflows across clinics.
  • Monitor and act on key metrics: visit volume, lead conversions, retention, and outcomes.
  • Strategic Planning & Market Development Develop and execute a compelling market strategy for Maryland in alignment with organizational and hospital partner goals.
  • Drive growth initiatives, including new clinic openings and service line expansions.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director Dyad to align clinical and operational efforts.
  • Health System Partnership Integration Serve as the operational liaison to health system partners in the Maryland region.
  • Coordinate the integration of CoreLife services into health system pathways.
  • Partner with sales and outreach teams to grow patient referrals and community awareness.
  • Represent operations in partnership governance meetings.
  • Culture, Compliance & Governance Champion CoreLife’s culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability across the Maryland Market.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning and succession strategies.
  • Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement Maintain a market performance dashboard with operational and financial KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement using data to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes.
  • Lead regular performance reviews and align outcomes with strategic goals.
