About The Position

Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced Market Manager to support growth initiatives across the Los Angeles market. In this role, you will own a portfolio of partners, drive revenue growth through data-informed strategies, and execute daily initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. This is a highly cross-functional, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building strong external relationships, and can translate insights into action.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in operations, account management, sales, or a related role
  • Proven success in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Google Sheets or similar tools
  • Excellent execution skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with external partners
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and taking ownership
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Fluent in English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or marketplace businesses is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize a defined book of business and drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Manage and nurture a large partner portfolio, ensuring engagement, performance, and long-term value
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, support decision-making, and track impact
  • Execute daily operational initiatives that improve portfolio health and business outcomes
  • Represent Maleda Tech’s enterprise partners in external meetings and market-facing interactions
  • Build deep knowledge of assigned markets and service categories to inform strategy and execution
  • Stay informed on software integrations and product updates; educate partners and share feedback internally
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enable growth and influence business development efforts
