Homebound has raised $150M in capital from leading venture capitalists like Google, Khosla, Thrive Ventures, and we’re scaling quickly in places like Texas, Colorado and Florida. Come build your future with us. The Homebound Construction Operations Team is seeking a Construction Project Manager to manage all phases of single-family home construction for our new home projects in Los Angeles, CA. This is an opportunity to help drive our Los Angeles wildfire rebuild efforts and provide essential housing solutions to support the community's recovery from the Altadena and Palisades fires earlier this year. Homebound Project Managers are responsible for the effective coordination of groups of single-family building projects. Project Managers coordinate across all functional teams at Homebound while utilizing our proprietary project management software to manage their projects. Homebound has a proven track record of successfully helping to rebuild communities after natural disasters, having supported recovery efforts in six disaster affected markets to date including: Fort Myers, FL, Santa Rosa, CA, and the Bahamas. We hope to bring that experience to Los Angeles to help rebuild lives and homes in the wake of these devastating wildfires. Candidates must be based in the greater Los Angeles, CA to be considered for this role. You will spend your days on the job site in Altadena from the Eaton Fire.
