About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Market Data Administration Consultant to support a global team of market data analysts responsible for managing market data operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in market data administration and a strong understanding of vendor management, exchange reporting, and operational processes. Client is a tech-driven trading firm and leading global market maker with partnerships of 70+ exchanges across the globe. What you’ll do: As a Market Data Administration Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of global Market Data team. This includes ensuring efficient processes, accurate reporting, and compliance with exchange and vendor requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions to maintain the integrity and cost-effectiveness of global market data footprint.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in market data administration or operations within a financial services or trading environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of market data vendor systems, exchange policies, and reporting requirements.
  • Experience with invoice management, PO creation (Coupa preferred), and contract administration.
  • Understanding of exchange reporting cycles and usage audits.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support a global team of seven analysts across multiple regions.
  • Manage market data invoicing, including verification, allocation, and reconciliation.
  • Create, update, and manage purchase orders in Coupa for market data vendors.
  • Coordinate and track contract renewals and exchange addition requests.
  • Maintain and update vendor and exchange records to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly exchange reporting, ensuring compliance with usage policies and licensing requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and improve reporting processes.
