That’s Where You Come in as an ESOP Administration Consultant You will be a key resource to clients navigating the complex (and highly important) world of employee ownership (ESOPs). You’ll manage the full cycle of ESOP plan administration and build long-term, trusted relationships.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct ESOP administration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel proficiency & comfort with Microsoft Word
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods

Nice To Haves

  • Working toward QKA or QPA certification
  • Experience with other plan types (401(k), DB, CB, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end client engagements
  • Performing compliance testing, including 409(p), recordkeeping, distributions, and regulatory reporting
  • Identifying and solving technical plan issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams and client contacts to ensure seamless service
