The Client Service Representative is a key customer service role, responsible for introducing bank products and services, participating in sales, processing transactions, assisting with customer relations, managing banking center cash (ordering, shipping, CTR record keeping), and overseeing the vault (balancing, disbursing cash, ordering/shipping currency). The role may also include opening new accounts.
