About The Position

This role focuses on supporting boat haul, launch, and yard operations. What You’ll Do: As a Marina Boatyard Associate, you’ll be at the core of our operations, performing a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth yard and marina functions. Responsibilities include: Assisting with hauling, launching, blocking, and storing boats safely and efficiently. Operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, travel lifts, payloaders, and roll-offs. Performing boatyard maintenance tasks, including cleaning, washing, buffing, and scraping. Collaborating with team members and boat owners to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines. Assisting with mechanical maintenance and repairs on equipment if experienced. What You Bring to the Team: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in operating heavy equipment such as travel lifts and forklifts (preferred). Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with boat or equipment maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Facility maintenance or landscaping experience is a plus.
