Switchboard is a one-stop resource hub for refugee service providers in the United States, supported by the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) and implemented by the IRC. More information about Switchboard can be found at www.SwitchboardTA.org. Switchboard is seeking a limited-term Mapping and Referral Coordinator to play a key role in advancing Switchboard’s community-facing technical assistance and capacity-building portfolio from April – September 2026. The Mapping and Referral Coordinators will support identifying, organizing, and connecting community partners to critical resources and services for ORR-eligible populations. This role is responsible for expanding on existing state-level resource mapping by researching, verifying, and documenting programs offered by ORR-funded initiatives, government agencies, local nonprofits, and community organizations across the U.S. The coordinator will strengthen Switchboard’s referral system by establishing referral pathways to mapped community resources, and initiating referrals based on location, eligibility, and need.
