Requirements

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills (i.e. – Algebra or higher)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical Knowledge
• Previous experience in manufacturing
• Experience with CNC or manual machine setup and operation
• Experience with tool steel
• Familiarity with Mazatrol and Fanuc
• Proficient Blueprint reading skills

Responsibilities

• Operating manual and CNC machines for production tasks
• Setting up machines according to specifications and blueprints
• Performing routine maintenance and quality checks
• Assisting with shipping and receiving duties, including loading/unloading materials
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas
• Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed
• Following safety protocols and company procedures at all times
