About The Position

The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets, including scheduling, monitoring progress, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during production. This is a second shift position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the manufacturing process
• Monitor production schedules and workflows to meet or exceed production targets and deadlines
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and develop opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure that products meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports including inventory levels, production output, and equipment maintanance.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality assurance to optimize processes and resolve any production related challenges.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication among staff.
