Role Overview We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a high-performing team of manufacturing professionals. In this role, you will drive daily operations, support production excellence, and implement continuous improvement across diverse manufacturing activities. If you excel at leading people, interpreting engineering requirements, and driving operational success in a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity to lead meaningful work with measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing and/or production environments
  • Experience leading a team, either formally or informally
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings / blueprints
  • Interim Secret clearance required prior to start with the ability to obtain a full Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in component manufacturing, assembly, disassembly, or materials management—preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience working with performance metrics and benchmarking
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Knowledge of Lean principles, Kaizen, Kanban, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
  • Green Belt Certification (or equivalent continuous improvement training)

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of manufacturing professionals to meet schedule commitments and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints, translating requirements into clear instructions for technicians and mechanics
  • Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate cross-functional manufacturing teams
  • Drive performance improvements and operational efficiency while supporting evolving customer needs
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and employee development
  • Monitor business performance metrics and use data to guide decision-making
  • Champion Lean initiatives to strengthen team performance and streamline processes
