Role Overview We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a high-performing team of manufacturing professionals. In this role, you will drive daily operations, support production excellence, and implement continuous improvement across diverse manufacturing activities. Requirements

Experience in manufacturing and/or production environments
Experience leading a team, either formally or informally
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings / blueprints
Interim Secret clearance required prior to start with the ability to obtain a full Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience in component manufacturing, assembly, disassembly, or materials management—preferably in a leadership role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience working with performance metrics and benchmarking
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Knowledge of Lean principles, Kaizen, Kanban, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
Green Belt Certification (or equivalent continuous improvement training)

Responsibilities

Lead a team of manufacturing professionals to meet schedule commitments and achieve customer satisfaction
Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints, translating requirements into clear instructions for technicians and mechanics
Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate cross-functional manufacturing teams
Drive performance improvements and operational efficiency while supporting evolving customer needs
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and employee development
Monitor business performance metrics and use data to guide decision-making
Champion Lean initiatives to strengthen team performance and streamline processes
