About The Position

You will play an essential role in leading night-shift manufacturing operations that support the production of therapeutic proteins. In this position, you will guide a team, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production activities throughout the night schedule.

Requirements

5–10 years of experience in a GMP or manufacturing environment.
1–4 years of supervisory or team‑leading experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and support team members.
Proven critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities for daily manufacturing challenges.
Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and uphold quality standards.
Experience working in cleanroom environments and with automated or manual systems preferred.
AS/BS degree in a science field; HS diploma with relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Lead nightly manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
Guide and support operators during tasks while promoting safety and compliance.
Review batch records and documentation to support accurate, on‑time product release.
Train, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance discussions.
Coordinate with cross‑functional groups to resolve equipment or process issues promptly.
Support administrative tasks such as shift exchanges, meetings, and continuous improvement work.
Carry out additional duties as required to maintain smooth and compliant operations.
