Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong mechanical background
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work independently to achieve project goals before deadline
Ability to work well with others in a manufacturing setting
Knowledge of balancing and/or alignment systems
Must provide their own basic hand tools standard and metric up to 1", screwdrivers, and hammers etc.
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass pre-employment background screenings required to obtain an airport badge.

Nice To Haves

ASE or, AWS is considered an asset
Technical training is preferred. (Rosedale, Lincoln Tech, NCST etc.)

Responsibilities

Abide by Inland Group of Companies procedural handbooks, operational plans, and directives of management to ensure that all work is done according to specifications and/or regulations
Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of production equipment
Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure peak performance of equipment
Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to monitor equipment for performance, safety, and effectiveness
Perform equipment failure analysis to diagnose and repair equipment problems
Log equipment modifications and maintenance details
Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Other duties assigned.
