As a Shop Mechanic, your more typical responsibilities will include: Pre-deliver, inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair farm and agricultural equipment. Order parts and prepare repair estimates. Prepare accurate inspection and service reports and maintain other records as required. Complete jobs and repair estimates. Keep work areas clean and orderly. Work in a safe manner. Comply with company policies and government regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

1-3 years mechanic experience working on lawn and garden equipment, tractors, compact construction equipment or similar.
High School diploma or equivalent experience.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to learn.
Basic math skills.
Self-motivated.

Nice To Haves

Technical or vocational degree in mechanical field strongly preferred.
