About The Position

In this role you will be responsible for completing pre-delivery inspections on heavy equipment and performing shipping/receiving functions.
Maintain the quality of all equipment stored at the facility during receiving, storage/preservation, exercise, pre-delivery/QA, final inspections and shipping.
Confirm that quality standards meet or exceed customer requirements
Maintain regular and frequent communication with both internal, (Keen Customer Service, Safety, and Quality) and external customers and during audits and visits

Requirements

• Experience operating construction and agricultural equipment, as well as lift trucks and cranes
• Ability to use smartphone technology to complete inspections and other electronic forms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of employees and management
• Strong organizational skills
• Must pass post offer drug screen and background check as a condition of hire
• Regular and punctual attendance as required
• Steel toed boots/shoes are required
• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Climb, stoop, crawl, bend, stretch, lift and carry
• Walk the yard area for purposes of inspection and identification of machinery and or pieces
• Willing to work outside all year long in all reasonable weather conditions
• Complete a full workday walking and/or standing
• Perform work from a wide range of positions including standing, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, reclining, and climbing on scaffolding or ladders
• Sufficient hand and arm strength to un-package and inspect parts
