About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Purchasing Specialist to join our team. This is an urgent opening, and we are looking to bring someone on board quickly.
In this role, you will be responsible for procuring raw materials, components, and production supplies to support daily operations. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining a consistent and efficient production flow.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Previous purchasing or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Some college coursework preferred

Responsibilities

• Procure raw materials, components, and production supplies
• Create and manage purchase orders using ERP systems
• Communicate with suppliers to track, expedite, and ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production demands
• Interpret Bills of Materials (BOM) to align purchasing with production needs
• Collaborate with production teams to forecast material requirements
