Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.

  • Execute procurement strategies that align with SRS Heritage Group's corporate objectives, ensuring an efficient supply chain with maximized returns on investment.
  • Cultivate Vendor Partnerships: Forge and sustain robust relationships with key vendors and suppliers, driving negotiations that yield favorable terms and ensure full compliance with contractual agreements to bolster operational effectiveness.
  • Drive Cost Reduction Initiatives: Proactively identify and leverage cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial efficiencies while maintaining rigorous quality standards and adherence to procurement protocols and ethical norms.
  • Foster Collaborative Efforts: Actively engage with internal departments to discern procurement requirements, align procurement strategies, and advocate for a cohesive and integrated approach across the organization.
