How You Will Make an Impact Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure schedules, requirements, and budgets are met Identify project issues, facilitate resolution, and track corrective actions Manage customer relationships including acceptance testing, satisfaction, change orders, and ongoing communication Prepare and deliver project reports such as status updates, schedules, action items, and resource utilization Collaborate with Engineers to address ECOs, NCRs, and technical challenges Develop and maintain project management processes, procedures, and documentation Lead post-project reviews with stakeholders to capture lessons learned Track, analyze, and act on key project performance metrics Document and distribute meeting minutes and project communications
