Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 3+ years of experience in program management
• Operational knowledge – Understanding production workflows and assembly line design.
• Leadership and communication ability at all levels
• English > 80 %.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Able to lead and direct diverse teams at mid and management levels
• Able to travel up to 50% of the time, strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite, etc

Responsibilities

• Support KPIs plant governance (action plans)
• Lead Obeya governance
• Follow up any special project (NPI, transference, footprint
