Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 3+ years of experience in program management
- Operational knowledge – Understanding production workflows and assembly line design.
- Leadership and communication ability at all levels
- English > 80 %.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Able to lead and direct diverse teams at mid and management levels
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time, strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite, etc
Responsibilities
- Support KPIs plant governance (action plans)
- Lead Obeya governance
- Follow up any special project (NPI, transference, footprint
- Assesses current business performance and translates best practices into daily operations to achieve organizational objectives.
- Long-term focus on identifying operational gaps and executing improvement strategies to resolve issues. Establishes and implements improvement plans and monitors current behavior to ensure plans are used correctly and effectively.
