Leidos is seeking a Manufacturing Program Analyst to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. The Manufacturing Program Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring that manufacturing can accurately, swiftly, and efficiently manage parts across multiple programs. This position will focus on ensuring accurate material planning, execution readiness, and system integrity while supporting the Manufacturing Program Integrator.

Requirements

  • BA degree with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing project management with an in-depth understanding of cost and schedule management techniques for such projects or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience coordinating and organizing activities between a Program organization and an executing organization such as manufacturing.
  • Experience coordinating efforts across geographically separated sites and/or distinct functional groups.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and BOM management.
  • Experience creating and providing recurring briefings to leadership stakeholders on program/product status.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerBI, advanced Excel usage, SQL queries, and advanced data reporting/management.
  • Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering training and applicable experience.
  • Experience with AS9100 and DCMA standards.
  • Familiarity working with cross-functional team with emphasis on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, & Manufacturing.
  • Experience planning hardware product realization efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Manufacturing Program Integrator and Deputy with management, tracking, and reporting of manufacturing operations across all Leidos and contractor sites.
  • Own and maintain multi-program BOM alignment across ERP/MRP and manufacturing systems to ensure accurate material planning and execution readiness.
  • Validate and govern part structure, planning parameters, sourcing data, and lead times to ensure the data feeding into MRP is correct.
  • Perform BOM and system health audits; investigate and resolve material planning, MRP, and data discrepancies with Engineering, Production Control, and Procurement.
  • Support manufacturing system readiness for new and transitioning programs, including part master setup, planning configuration, and MRP validation.
  • Develop and maintain material readiness, BOM health, and system performance reporting, dashboards, and metrics across programs and sites.
  • Track and mitigate BOM/system-related risks, conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues, and drive corrective actions.
  • Support cross-program coordination for the Manufacturing Program Integrator.
  • Support the development of manufacturing plans and master schedules.
  • Support the initial development and updates to the IMS for manufacturing tasks.
