About The Position

As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you will operate at the heart of our manufacturing processes, bringing expertise to the forefront. Your job duties are multifaceted, ensuring smooth operations and significant contributions to our engineering solutions and team efficiency. Core Responsibilities Develop and confirm setups, fixtures, and programs for NC and offline machinery. Provide training for machine setup and operation to production staff. Support in the identification and resolution of machining issues. Drive improvements in processes and efficiency. Create models for new parts and revisions. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers on project implementation. Assist and mentor team members in hitting project milestones. Maintain and manage the tool crib and consumable stock. Contribute to layout designs for optimizing equipment flow and material handling. Keep engineering workspace clean and well-organized. Deliver quality work that meets and exceeds customer expectations. Be adaptable in schedule and tasks, supporting cross-departmental needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher education preferred.
  • 5+ years manufactural experience essential; lean background favored.
  • Proficiency in NC Machine operation with VMC or HMC experience a plus.
  • Fundamental computer skills and strong mathematics capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings with ease.
  • Efficient in high-energy working conditions.
  • Teamwork orientation.
  • Clear communicator with conversational English capability.
