GE Aerospace has sites in 2 locations in Beavercreek. One manufactures gas turbine tubes, ducts, and manifolds, and also has complex machining, fabrication and investment casting capabilities. Product engineering, new product development, and testing is performed on site. This facility also does repair and overhaul of tubes, ducts, and manifolds. Just down the street in the Dayton Cores and Castings (DCC) facility is a GE Aerospace manufacturing shop that makes HPT Airfoil Cores and Castings. We are a low-rate production shop that develops the leading edge of airfoil technology to deliver value through new product introduction and manufacturing industrialization. We are proud to have been awarded OSHAS’s highest safety rating. As the Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will work directly with casting foundry manufacturing processes and equipment best practices. You will be responsible for developing manufacturing operating instructions, standard work, equipment operational efficiency, process quality, new process introduction, continuous improvement, and problem solving.
