About The Position

This position will be responsible for the PC Program Support and orchestration on lead end-to-end material flow and translate high-level business needs into actionable production plans in support of C-130 and Flight Line operations. Execute and oversee "Make, Buy, and Bill of Material (BOM)" planning activities using systems like SAP and Apriso to maintain production integrity and optimize inventory costs. Coordinate interdepartmental activities across Engineering, Quality Assurance, Global Supply Chain, and Planning to ensure schedules align with demand. Develop recovery plans, ramp-to-rate strategies, and perform lead-time analysis on critical procured parts to avoid production bottlenecks. Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in SAP or an equivalent Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) system, specifically for "Make, Buy, and Bill of Material (BOM)" planning activities.
  • Practical knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize material flow and drive process improvements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for reporting technical data to leadership.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Nice To Haves

  • Generally has 8+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
  • 3 Years Production Control Experience
  • Proficient in Shop Floor Management (SFM)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
