We’re looking for dedicated, hardworking individuals ready to operate a variety of industrial machines – from massive six-ton overhead cranes to precision tube-forming mills – and make a real impact every day. Starting pay: $18.75 – $26.75 per hour (based on experience) Night shift differential: additional $1.20/hour What You’ll Do: o Operate and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment. o Load and unload materials onto and off machines. o Process tubing through specialized equipment. o Inspect tubes to ensure top-notch quality before they head out to customers. o Play an essential role in keeping production running smoothly and safely. What It Takes to Succeed: o Physical stamina – you’ll be on your feet for 12-hour shifts, working with equipment and materials that require strength and endurance. o Comfort with a fast-paced, hands-on environment where teamwork and focus are key. o Ability to lift 5–50 pounds frequently and work in a variety of positions – bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, and more. o Strong math skills (decimals, fractions, averages) to keep operations precise. o Good communication skills to work closely with your team and supervisors. o A commitment to safety, quality, and showing up ready to contribute every day. Your Schedule: o 12-hour shifts: either days (6 a.m.–6 p.m.) or nights (6 p.m.–6 a.m.). o Shift days vary based on business needs. Preferred Qualifications: o High school diploma or equivalent. o Previous manufacturing experience (a plus, but not required – we train!). o Ability to read and speak English is preferred.
