External applicants must be eligible to work in the US. Your Role The Manufacturing Operator 3 works within our manufacturing setting to help advance a world of critical medical discoveries. Our products make possible the development of next-generation vaccines, treatments, and therapies for a wide range of conditions. Advanced level Manufacturing Operator responsible for manufacturing biopharmaceutical filtration devices with a focus on maximizing safety, quality, and productivity. Supports intermediate-advanced level operations through intermediate level troubleshooting d set-ups on numerous processes. Mentoring of other operators. Supports process improvements and R&D related activity as required. A shift Monday through Friday, 6AM - 2PM

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years manufacturing experience in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment with demonstrated performance.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

  • Yellow Belt and/or lean certificate or equivalent.
  • Certified Trainer or equivalent training experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple processes and provide mentoring to other operators.
  • Proficient at intermediate level troubleshooting and set up activities on multiple processes.
  • Completion of OSHA 10-hour general industry course or equivalent.
  • Intermediate computer skills and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive professional with strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
