External applicants must be eligible to work in the US. Your Role The Manufacturing Operator 3 works within our manufacturing setting to help advance a world of critical medical discoveries. Our products make possible the development of next-generation vaccines, treatments, and therapies for a wide range of conditions. Advanced level Manufacturing Operator responsible for manufacturing biopharmaceutical filtration devices with a focus on maximizing safety, quality, and productivity. Supports intermediate-advanced level operations through intermediate level troubleshooting d set-ups on numerous processes. Mentoring of other operators. Supports process improvements and R&D related activity as required. A shift Monday through Friday, 6AM - 2PM

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years manufacturing experience in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment with demonstrated performance.
High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

Yellow Belt and/or lean certificate or equivalent.
Certified Trainer or equivalent training experience.
Demonstrated ability to learn multiple processes and provide mentoring to other operators.
Proficient at intermediate level troubleshooting and set up activities on multiple processes.
Completion of OSHA 10-hour general industry course or equivalent.
Intermediate computer skills and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Proactive professional with strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
