This role is a key position within our manufacturing plants and supports our production team leads as they drive production to the highest safety, quality and efficiency standards by embracing the Company’s RCE philosophy. The machine operator operates and maintains the sealing machine equipment. This pivotal role impacts line efficiencies by increasing production, reducing rework and minimizing downtime.
