Oversee more than 100 employees, both salaried and hourly, managing their performance and fostering a motivated workforce. Strategically plan and oversee production schedules and costs, aligning them with the organization’s targets. Build and sustain a productive team through strategic hiring, continuous training, personalized coaching, and corrective actions when necessary. Champion the implementation of consistent, industry-leading practices and policies. Keep the leadership informed with precise, timely reports on production efficiency, downtime, costs, and more. Lead safety awareness initiatives, resolve safety issues, and investigate any incidents to prevent future occurrences. Innovate and enhance processes by actively participating in continuous improvement activities.
