About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking Senior Manufacturing Operations Analysts (level 4) to join our Business Analyst Team in Everett, Washington! The Manufacturing Operations Analyst (LP) is responsible for analyzing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves data analysis, process mapping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)
  • 1+ years of experience with Project Management

Responsibilities

  • Assist FLL Staffing focal with weekly Moneyball updates – Utilize Staffing tracker updates
  • Ensure PCL level MPP’s are updated – Work with File owners as needed
  • Track PCL Project Portfolio – Protrac Projects, project owner communications
  • Report out at executive levels
  • Ensure Project managers are assigned to each critical project and hold project managers accountable to updates and milestone completion dates
  • Identify and mitigate production risks: Work with PCL, FLL’s, MFG Team members to identify opportunities, Analyze shop KPI’s and metrics
  • Recommend portfolio changes and priorities
  • Lead PST communication on Portfolio status and updates
  • Inspire PST team – This includes PII, IE Lead, ME Lead, MFG FLL, Lean Practitioner, QA FLL, build cross-functional teams as needed
  • Weekly report out at PST2, share project updates
  • Report out at MBU and/or program level on Lean improvements
  • Participate in Lean continuous education and application
  • 2nd shift overflow as needed: Quality council; Assist with organizing info / meeting agenda
