Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) to join the 767 Manufacturing Compliance Team based in Everett, Washington. In this role, you will collaborate and present to our Senior Leadership team. Implement strategies that strengthen the company's competitive edge and long-term resilience. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in evaluating processes, interpreting data, and developing actionable plans that align with our commitment to excellence and innovation in manufacturing operations.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

1+ year of experience presenting information to senior leadership
1+ years of experience with Project Management
1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)

Responsibilities

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Analyzes and interprets data
Provides feedback on assessment results
Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
