About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst - Skill Enhancement Center Lead to support MQ-25 training within Manufacturing & Safety in Berkeley, MO/Mascoutah, IL. As a member of this team, you will continuously develop and manage the structure to enable the pace and performance of the Skill Enhancement team. You will maintain positive relationships with multi-function team leaders and drive a deep understanding of the Boeing Production System principles and standards, production health, and problem solving.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Flight Operations
• 5+ years of experience in a military or commercial aircraft environment
• Experience leading key process, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience leading a team or project, working independently and cross functionally

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, equivalent work experience, or equivalent military experience
• Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

Responsibilities

• Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers
• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
• Analyzes and interprets data
• Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
• Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
• Works under minimal direction
