The Role: We are looking for our next Manufacturing Operations Analyst within our Manufacturing Team. The Manufacturing Operations Analyst will partner directly with the Plant Manager and cross-functional leaders to drive operational excellence across the full End-to-End 1st Products process. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, inventory accuracy, and system consistency across SAP/Symphony platforms while serving as the subject matter expert for 1st Products flow and inventory management. This position is located Keokuk, IA Compensation: The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $72,390 - $96,000. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Finance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Plant Manager, Manufacturing leadership, and cross-functional teams to monitor and optimize the full End-to-End 1st Products flow.
  • Maintain oversight of daily production declarations and SPU balancing activities within SAP.
  • Assist in the completion of the monthly closing process and ensure accurate SPU declaration balancing.
  • Control data integrity for Symphony/SAP manufacturing systems and develop key documentation to ensure continuity of standards.
  • Proactively monitor 1st Products inventory fluctuations, stock movement, and storage requirements within the system.
  • Identify and communicate all transactions impacting 1st Products inventory and storage.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external vendors to ensure accurate and complete stock movement data.
  • Share and report key KPIs related to 1st Products inventory movements and operational performance.
  • Ensure integrity, consistency, and validity of semi-finished 1st Products stock to support optimal Offer-to-Cash flow.
  • Perform routine data checks and analysis to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to scheduling, equipment, raw materials, packaging, and quality.
  • Serve as a change agent through root cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of work areas.
  • Provide weekly reporting to the 1st Products Tactical Team and Business Review team.
