Join our team at our Avon plant as a Food Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor and help keep our production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of maintenance leadership (or 5+ years progressive experience)
  • Strong technical skills: electrical, mechanical, PLCs, VFDs, welding
  • Experience with equipment installation and commissioning

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, or food manufacturing (preferred)
  • Degree in a related field (Engineering preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Manage equipment projects from planning through installation and startup
  • Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety
  • Coach, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
  • Partner with production to solve problems and improve performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards
