Requirements
- 3+ years of maintenance leadership (or 5+ years progressive experience)
- Strong technical skills: electrical, mechanical, PLCs, VFDs, welding
- Experience with equipment installation and commissioning
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, or food manufacturing (preferred)
- Degree in a related field (Engineering preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
- Manage equipment projects from planning through installation and startup
- Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety
- Coach, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
- Partner with production to solve problems and improve performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards
