About The Position

Step into a day leading maintenance excellence When you arrive, you set the tone for safety. You walk the floor, verify 5S standards, and model Beyond Zero habits so your team sees what “safe and well” looks like. You check KPIs, review the day’s work orders in the CMMS, and sync with the Site Manager on priorities. As the shift unfolds, you clear roadblocks, approve any needed overtime, and communicate equipment status and escalations to the customer—safeguarding uptime and the relationship. You coach a tech through a root cause analysis, lead a quick huddle to align on the Operating System, and finish the day mentoring a high-potential team member on career goals.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent) plus 3+ years in a related field; or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • Clear, effective written and verbal communication.
  • Strong digital fluency: Microsoft applications, web-based tools, and CMMS software.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Site Safety Program—ensure policies are followed, reinforce safe behaviors, and sustain strong housekeeping with 5S.
  • Champion site and company strategy—translate initiatives into clear actions and help the team adopt new processes smoothly.
  • Model ATS culture—deploy leadership competencies daily; demonstrate self-motivation and emotional intelligence.
  • Develop people—manage performance, provide growth opportunities, and conduct ongoing one-on-ones for coaching and career planning.
  • Deliver results—embed the Operating System, drive continuous improvement, and support the Site Manager with maintenance KPIs and root cause analysis.
  • Communicate with the customer—share priorities, issues, and equipment status to maintain a positive, profitable partnership.
  • Control costs—assist with labor, overtime, and materials; approve team overtime as needed.
  • Execute the plan—review work orders, uphold schedules, and close gaps quickly.
  • Lead meetings—facilitate team huddles and discussions that move work forward.
