About The Position

As a Manufacturing Lead at Alleima, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include: —Setting up, calibrating, and operating machines used in production processes —Following established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC manufacturing equipment —Selecting and measuring raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing —Resolving issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing, and/or packaging operations —Inspecting machining operations and finished products against specified tolerances using precision measuring tool s —Determining and correcting minor machine malfunctions and performing simple routine maintenance and cleaning —Ensuring safety and housekeeping (5S) requirements are met About you: You are a seasoned professional with considerable on the job experience and proficiency developed through job related training. You understand the intricacies of the manufacturing process and are adept at maintaining production flow. Your ability to act as a liaison and communicate effectively with Production Management is crucial. You demonstrate good documentation practices and attention to detail, ensuring all necessary paperwork and data entry are completed accurately. Your expertise in machine and equipment setup, troubleshooting, and minor adjustments is essential for maintaining optimal production conditions. You follow production specifications and standard operating procedures meticulously, performing in —process quality checks and inspecting final products for defects. Your commitment to safety and adherence to ISO standard QEHS policies reflect your dedication to a zero —accident environment.
