About The Position

Killer Brownie® is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our overnight production team in a fast-paced, quality-driven food manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring the safe and efficient production of our great-tasting brownies while developing and supporting team members to reach their full potential. The standard shift for this position is 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, with required availability between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM as business needs dictate. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will set the example for food safety, quality, and teamwork—ensuring accurate documentation, strong cross-department collaboration, and consistent adherence to Killer Brownie® recipes and manufacturing standards. If you are passionate about leading teams, maintaining high safety standards, and taking ownership of overnight operations, we’d love to have you help us continue making safe, delicious brownies every day.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing - required
• Food safety knowledge - preferred
• Previous food industry experience - preferred
• Previous management experience - preferred
• Excellent organizational skills - required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Successful in leading teams

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment by setting the example and adherence to safe work practices
• Ensure accurate paperwork and data collection
• Understand production instructions as documented on Killer Brownie® recipes and other related documentation
• Work in conjunction with other Supervisors to ensure cross department collaboration
• Train, Lead, and develop Manufacturing team members to help them grow
• Ensure paperwork accuracy is complete during your shift- we make safe, great tasting brownies!
• Write a weekly department personnel schedule
• Create and review a training calendar to ensure our people our trained well-knowledge is power!
