About The Position

Hitachi Energy is looking for an IT Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to support our Jefferson City location. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for delivering robust, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure that powers our operations and supports our global mission of advancing a sustainable energy future. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and operations, leading infrastructure projects, managing cybersecurity responses, and ensuring compliance with global standards. This is your chance to make a real impact in a high-visibility role that blends hands-on technical work with strategic leadership. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IT, with 3+ years in infrastructure or project leadership
• Proven experience in Shared Services IT and Factory IT environments
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and control systems
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, project execution, and compliance
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, MS Azure, and ITIL 4 preferred
• IT/OT DMZ Demilitarized

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage networks infrastructure delivery projects on-site
• Provide technical support for business-critical infrastructure systems
• Coordinate cybersecurity responses and ensure rapid recovery
• Resolve and escalate infrastructure-related issues
• Conduct internal audits and remediate compliance gaps
• Optimize infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency
• Collaborate with global IT teams and local stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with ITIL and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
