The main objective of this position is to contribute to the overall profitability of the organization through downtime reduction activities utilizing tools and methods of the Toyota Production System. These activities can be, but are not limited to, activities such as equipment improvements to increase productivity, labor reduction activities, process and material flow improvements, energy consumption reduction, and documentation/yokoten of processes using existing systems within the plant.
