Manufacturing Intern
About The Position
The primary duties will be to perform data collection and analytics on various operations throughout manufacturing. Fabrication observations will be performed to obtain data, identify and develop potential solutions to workflow disruptions. Analyze the different stages of the fabrication processes and provide management with reports containing data analytics to inform decisions and enable prioritization. Evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements. Analyze workflow, equipment placement, space requirements and develop recommendations to improve efficiency. Perform time studies to identify best practices and efficiencies that could be replicated.
