As a Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician on the 3rd shift, you will protect uptime, elevate safety, and empower teams that feed, serve, and care for communities. Your mission Keep complex production assets reliable. From precise changeovers to fast corrective action, your craftsmanship limits downtime and boosts quality every night. Impact areas Plan and prepare equipment for scheduled production runs; validate setpoints and interlocks. Execute preventive maintenance; perform emergency/unscheduled repairs during production. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults on packaging/production machinery. Apply strong skills with 480V 3-phase power, PLC troubleshooting, and VFD drives. Interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders to deliver accurate, timely repairs. Use hand/power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment; safely operate and repair forklifts. Support building maintenance; maintain a clean, orderly, and compliant work area.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years in a manufacturing maintenance mechanic/technician role.
  • Electrical training/experience with 480V 3-phase and machine controls.
  • Experience with VFD drives and PLC troubleshooting.
  • Background with manufacturing methods and process improvement programs/procedures.
  • Forklift operation experience; calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated safety mindset and a drive to learn and develop continuously.
  • Completes required training courses as determined by management.
